Application process

The first stage of our application process is for you to complete an online application form, which enables us to capture information about your motivation, skills and strengths. Once we have reviewed this, we will respond to you to let you know whether your application is being progressed to the next stage. Please click here to read our hints and tips guide for the online application.

On successful review of your online application form, you will be invited to complete a video interview, which is a great way for us to get you know you better! It’s not a live interview, instead we have pre-recorded the questions so that you can answer them at a time that’s convenient to you, from your tablet, laptop or smart phone. Please click here to read our hints and tips to help guide you through the process.
Candidates who are invited to assessment day, will also be invited to complete a personality profile questionnaire. It's nothing to worry about, the recruitment team will be on hand to answer any questions you have.
Our final stage recruitment days will take place in March. Measures will be put in place to help mitigate potential risks and we are closely monitoring and reviewing all of our activity in what is a fast-moving situation. Should we need to we will run virtual assessment centers.
